Faulty or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, defective, or damaged upon arrival, simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a replacement at no extra cost to you.

Change of Mind

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure you select your items carefully.
